The following are a list of policies that we expect all members to abide by. 

 

How long do items take to ship?

Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items may take up to 14 business days to be delivered. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only allowed if the courier is still outside. In this case, you just pay shipping fees.
  • Once the courier has left, only exchanges are allowed. 

Exchange Policy:

Items can only be exchnaged if:

  • They are unworn. Worn items will NOT be accepted.
  • The tag is still attached to the item.
  • The request for exchange is made within 48 hours of item arrival.

ETHICHAL PRODUCTION

At PROJEKT KULT, we don't believe in mass producing and fast fashion. Most pieces are created in limited quantities. Restocks are extremely rare. When it's gone, it's gone which is why we encourage customers to always "Shop now, or cry later."

MEMBER SATISFACTION

Our goal is for every KULT member to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to ensure the problem is rectified.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders should be delivered within 4-6 business days. Pre-order items take longer depending on the style. If your order has been delayed, your shipping fees are on us.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. High quality materials are always sourced because we believe in staple pieces that last.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Once the courier leaves, item returns are not allowed due to hygienic purposes. All KULT Members are allowed to exchange their pieces as long as the request is made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
